I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was quiet and convenient, with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were excellent, particularly the well-appointed kitchen which had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially towards my 4-year-old, who had plenty of space to run around. I was impressed with the beautiful and warm atmosphere, complete with enormous and comfortable sofas for ultimate relaxation.

The Coates Gardens Residence provided the perfect location for our stay in Edinburgh. The living room was light and spacious, making it a great space for everyone to gather. We enjoyed the self-catering aspect, as the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of china and glasses. The bedrooms were quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this residence.
Minor drawback - Although the bathroom got quite steamy, there was no extractor fan to help with the ventilation. Additionally, the second bedroom was a bit small.
